I paid $1000 for work on my car. And then to find out that they charge an extra fee for shop supplies. This is something they dont even tell you before they start working on your car. They are basically charging you for their tools to use on your car. Also on their website it says you get $50 off when you spend 500 or more. No where on my bill did it say they took $50 off. When I asked the guy said he took it off from a part from my car. But it didnt show on the paper and when I questioned it he just said he took it from the part already.

They overfilled my oil.
They made me come back four times to try and fit me in for the tire rotation, but everytime they had excuses such as were too busy, my tech is out sick, ect. I finally got my $10 back for the tire rotation that they failed at. Do yourself a favor, avoid Meineke and support your local mechanic. All Meineke cares about is taking your money.

Professional service.. I found some problems in my car and went their for servicing. They are so experienced that they fixed all the troubles with two hour.. They offered me that next time they will take half of charge if I need to servicing my car.. Impressed and So Satisfied with the service.
I brought my car to Fairlawn Location on January 7th because it was Shaking and for General checkup. After a whole Day at the Center the guy (Elvis) said it was Brake Replacement, Tire Replacement, Rotation and Oil... Ok. I paid $1,989.22 for all to be completed. A few weeks after (March 21st) car started shaking again, i brought it back in and he said the Brake piece they used was damaged and apologized again and Asked me to wait for them to order the piece and install it. I got there at 12pm and left at 5pm... car was still shaking a little. Today 4/13/2021 on the way home it started shaking crazy, Started showing Brakes issue on Dashboard and oil and started going of on the Parkway... i called the company and spoke with Jose, he checked my visit log and nowhere it showed that tires were replaced, that was already sketchy and left me waiting for about 5 minutes to then give me a number for a tow company to pick my car up since 6pm and at 7:48pm the lady from the Tow company told me it was going to be another 2 hours and half for them to arrive and that they could not do anything because the shop was closed. i sent my car with the tow company to the shop yesterday (4/16/2021) and they received it, i explained to Elvis all that was going on, today is 12;11pm and have not got any call back yet, called the store and asked and Elvis said to me that there seems to be lekeage of Oil because when they moved my car there was oil under but what is crazy is that when the Towing company removed my car from the place it was overnight, no oil was on the floor, it was clean. when i confronted him about it (really mad actually because it's been another day without being able to work and waiting for your corporate offices to call me) he got mad and hunged up on me and when i called back he didnt picked up... REALLY? is this the "Customer service" you guys have this is the Third time my card presents issues after going to your shop. how come if there was a leakage issue it wasnt found on march 21st when it was there? perhaps he got nervous because he knows they are not paying attention to the vehicles and just grabbing the money? i spoke with the Tow Truck company guy who picked my car and he said no Oil leakage was left on his truck, nothing at all. so who's lying here? It's 2:37PM on Thursday and i haven't received ANY call from Corporate offices, nothing. this service is incredibly bad. if you go to this location please make sure they show you all the parts they replace and to show you everything they did, otherwise just give your money away...
DONT EVER USE THE MEINEKE ON QUEEN ST IN YORK PA.
I have taken my car there on 3 separate occasions only because they offer financing so I don't have to worry about the immediate out of pocket expense; unfortunately it is not worth the headache.
Every time I went I was faced with over pricing, which always went up even higher either during the course of the work or before I picked the car up. The front desk staff is dishonest, they try to rip you off with the pricing and you always end up having to leave your car with them longer then they informed you because they do not know how to properly schedule their daily work load.
Financing or no financing this last time was enough for me. I will NEVER be returning to Meineke.
Meineke on Broadway Street in Denver. I took my car in for an Inspection and when I got it back there were more issues with the car than when I brought it in. I told them specifically to not put stress on the power steering. When I got my car back the power steering pump was completely blown up / not working.

I must admit that the only reason Im rating them so low is because so much time was wasted for me and money. I had a transmission leak and they had quoted me over 1k for possible repair and labor to remove whole transmission. Also once done its possible I would be facing 3k for new transmission. The email updates though were really GREAT with information on what was done and videos from the technician showing me my problems, I unfortunately was unable to afford the costs for repair so I paid them for the diagnosis which was 100 bucks and well I guess it was for the best because I found out that all I needed was transmission repair fluid leak stopper I can't plug it here but after 2-3 days the leak had stopped. I know this is temporary but by gosh why couldn't meineke done that for me? Instead of pulling a 1k to 3k wish on a star I pay bs? THATS the reason Im giving 3 stars because they left me with no further knowledge of leak stopping fluid. BAH!

THE MEINEKE in BENSALEM PA used substandard and incorrect parts for my car. Several different counter persons told me lies time and time again. They had me returning weekly to correct a service engine light. This issue was never resolved. I never received a refund or satisfactory service. I also never received a reply when I complained to the franchise owner nor Meineke corporate. WARNING! DO NOT! NO, NEVER.
My local Meineke is store #1062 in Exton, Pennsylvania. Bill and staff are honest, dependable and knowledgeable car care experts that will listen to your issues and offer solutions within your budget and timeframe. I cannot say enough about what they have done to make me believe there are not only good people in the world but ones willing to help in an industry known too often by the horrow stories vs. the truly inspiring ones. Bill gets the job done in our community and we are lucky to have him.

After the check engine light came on in my car last week (10/11/20) , I took it to the dealership for diagnosis and repair. The dealership advised I had a defective oxygen sensor and a hole in the exhaust. However, they did not have the proper part to fix the problem and suggested I try their exhaust shop. This was on 10/17/20. The shop in question was not open until Monday. I decided instead to give Meineke a try as I knew the name from TV and radio ads. Not only was I able to bring my car in that, but the shop (located at 970 E Parham Rd in Richmond,VA) had me diagnosed within 4 hours and completed the repair the same day. When they called to inform me my car was ready, it was shortly before they closed for the day. But rather than make me wait, the associate, a wonderful man named Keith, took my payment over the phone and then advised my invoice and keys would be locked inside the car and I could pick it up at my convenience. I did so on Sunday 10/18 and the car is working just fine now. Meineke did a great job and I was very impressed how quickly everything was done. Plus, they found out the oxygen sensor was fine, it was just the issue with the exhaust itself that needed to be fixed. When I need car care again, I will likely be skipping the dealership and using Meineke's services again.
My middle-age daughter took her Chevy to the shop on W. Craig Rd - she told them the problem - they fixed it. The quote was $50 more than Goodyear/Superior at Oso Blanco in Centennial Hills but we let Meineke do the work anyhow. Then I took in my Jeep Liberty - again, a little higher repair quote but OK, just get it done, right? And I gave a very good review for that experience.
THEN...my 18 year old granddaughter takes in her 2017 CERTIFIED Nissan Sentra that I bought July 4th 2020 - they charged her $80 for an oil change! --And, then they "found a torque problem" and they quoted her almost $800 to fix this "problem"for a car still under Warranty...needless to say, I had already prepped her about PREDATOR REPAIR SHOPS. She negotiated the $80 oil change - they gave her a $20 discount - so it cost $60. Then she jumped in her CERTIFIED car and drove off -- I hope they got a good look at all 3 of our cars when we drove away - they will never see them again! Be afraid people - Be Very Afraid!
Mmm Mmm Mmm just a rip off company that chumps up there prices at different locations...i took my car for a full tune up and paid damn near $400 that same day my car shut off. Took my car back the next day and waited 7hrs for them to tell me they dont know what the problem is. Took my car to Kia dealers for them to tell me there was no tune up done on my car. ???? OH NO NO MEINEKE NOW WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!! FULL REFUND PLEASE AND THANKS!!!
